EPF transfer pending after 3.5 years

Greetings,

My EPF transfer from my former employer to my current employer has been pending since 3.5 years inspite of repeated calls and visits. Both of the employers have expressed their helplessness in the matter.

I am frustrated. The failure to transfer results in my not completing 5 yrs of active EPF account maintenance and disallows me from taking a loan while I need it the most.

This transfer is lying pending with RPFC, Bommanhalli, Bangalore.
