This is regarding the complaint for a SAMSUNG Monitor: Model : 943NWX, Model Code: LS19MYNKF/XTP with Serial Number: MY19HMDQ424860J. We had purchased this Monitor 4 months ago and its covered under warranty.
The Monitor stopped functioning since September 25 and we lodged a complaint with Samsung on September 26 and our complaint number was # 8407752966.
The service engineer Mr. Rahul Aggarwal (Mobile# 9971196357) from FSC Okhla Phase – I, New Delhi working under Mr. P.K Mohan (Mobile # 9910368562) came to our office and informed us on October 26 that it will take 3 more days to get the Monitor replaced.
Till today: despite our more than Till today 1000 reminders, numerous telephone calls: The monitor is still faulty and a big loss for us.
We are shocked by the quality of service provided by Samsung and talking customers for a ride.
No one cares to give us a clear reply and no even cares to pick up the phone and despite sending more than 1000 mails: the only reply we receive is an automated message.
Is this what SAMSUNG world class service is providing to customers: One has to make sure that Indians are not made fools by a Korean MNC.
This is a way a Korean MNC makes fool of Indians. You can imagine how much of loss we have already incurred because of non availability of a computer system.
