Hi,

I am Jyothirmayi K. I have paid current bill through netbanking and at that time the recent bill did not get updated and i was able to see the last month bill (eventhough I paid thst bill), but I am not aware of that. So I thought I have seen the recent current bill, I paid that amount. But what happened was when everything was updated correctlt, I came to know that I have paid extra amount (167 Rs) through eseva online.

Everytime before getting the recent current I will be able to see the bill as -167/- but when the current bill comes it will not deduct those 167 Rs which I paid extra rather it will shows the exact current bill comes for that month.

Could you please provide the information on how would I get the money back which I pais extra?
