In the month of May two employees of eureka forbes have visited my house and enquired about functioning of my water purifier and inspected the same. The unit was not working and the problem was diagnised as blockage in the water tube and the tube was to be cleaned so that the water flows easily. The very purpose of buying a water purifier is to drink clean water. In case your staff do not attend regularly, as a troubled customer I am a negative campaigner to your company"s products. For aluminium
separator valve your person has charged Rs.360/- and service charges of Rs.250/-.Still the product was useful only for a week.
I suggest you to establish some mechanism to monitor your staff's performance.
Another issue related to my Euroclean is that other day one sales person from your company has approached me to offer a new compact vaccum cleaner. For this purpose I have shown my sealed new vaccum cleaner and explained him that I was transferred to a distant place soon after purchasing your machine and hence used only once. He asked for drinking water and by the time I brought the water for him, some small brushes and a very long spiral tube were missing from the box. At the time of purchase of machine we had purchased additional set of accessaries apart from your normal supplies. The missing things came to my notice only after the person left my house.
An institution's reputation is dependent on the persons representing the same. If you have any doubts in this regard, I will
arrange for reinspection of my euroclean which is still with me and used only once.
I once again request you to take note of the above, and initiate suitable action to redress my grievence.
