I had purchased an Exide Inva Tubular Battery, Model No. IT-550
Serial no. 9381 on17-7 with 30 months warranty from your dealer GRD Tractors Ambala Road Saharanpur (U.P) bill no. 2143 dt. 17-7 in favour of Harsharan Singh & Co. Saharanpur, (U.P), Off no. 0132-2610115, Manager M :- 098371-54473 .Battery is attached to Genus 800 va inverter. Battery is not working since april and i informed the dealer about that.
From near about one month battery is submitted to the dealer but there is no response. No replacement is given within the warranty period. Due to above problems the customer is incurring business loss. I request You to replace the battery as soon as possible
