I have purchased new exide inverter battery on 3-06-09 in 9600/-Rs.from Authorised exide dealer India electronics Opp. Amber cinema, G.T Road, Modinagar04.But from the very first day bettery is not providing desired backup in the inverter. I have send this battery to the dealer once to get it checked.but after getting the battery bach the problem remains the same. I have also get my invertor checked but it is providing the required charging to the battery but battery is not getting charged.
so plz help me out to get this issue resolved
