I placed an order with ferns and petals on 13th Feb.
My order number is 700183025.
I had to get flowers delivered @ mumbai on Valentines Day on 14th Feb.
I was guaranteed that my flowers will be delivered on 14th Feb.
But my flowers did not get delivered.
Also, there was no communication from Ferns and Petals in this regard,
It caused a lot of mental agony as I did not know anything if my flowers are going to get delivered or not.
Finally, it didn't get delivered.
I called Ferns and Petals on 15th Feb and asked for a refund.
They said that they will call back. They did not call back, instead my flowers got delivered pn 15th Feb' 2009 at 2145 pm. My friend who was the receiver didn't accept the flowers as the occasion was long gone and refused to accpet it a day late!
Now I am constantly calling Ferns and Petals, someone says 2 hours and someone says u will get a refund in 15 days!!!
I paid a good 1249/- out of my card and I should not have paid till the order was delivered.
Kindly help me get the refund!
