Respected SIR/MADAM,
We have purchased a computer from FINE ELECTRONICS in coimbatore in 2006 APRIL and we have gone consumer loan with BAJAJ FINANCE. We have subnitted our address proof for my friend and we took him the computer and my friend also was paying the due to the bank without fail but for nine months he is not paying the due but we have not received any prior notice abt that on payment and after nine months that is in the date 2008 they making mental pressure to us suddenly we gave my number and also my brother number they can atleast informm and tell that they r not gettin the due properly and no letter also came to our address but suddenly they r saying that they have filed a case on us and we shud pay the amount immediately or shud return the computer but we r not havin the product its with my friend he is out of tamilnadu and said that he will pay n clear the due within a month so my humble requwst to give us permission for a month to solve the due problems and not to give mental pressure to us. OUR LOAN A/c No. is 4097 in the name of karthik natarajan.
