FIR REGARDING LPG CYLINDER THEFT
THEFT OF LPG CYLINDER AND FIR REMAINS UNACTIONED EVEN AFTER 06 MONTHS OF THE FIR LODGING

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. This is in connectiion with the FIR made on theft of LPG Cylinder to SHO Bindapur Police Station, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi on 11 Sep 2009. After a lapse of six months period, to day when I went to the said police station to know about the action taken on the said FIR and give me the requisite 'Non traceable' certificate if not traced so that I could enable myself to write to Indian Oil; Corpn, Barakhamba Road, Delhi to issue me the new cylinder in place of the lost one but I was very much depressed when the dealing person at the said police station said that the person who was looking into the matter has been transferred from here without handing over the papers on the complaint and hence no action can be taken. This is infact very sad and irresponsible answer by the police station officials which appears lack of initiative and responsiblity on their part.

2. Hoping for your early action on the subject. Thanks and hoping for your early actioin please.

yours faithfully,

Sub Mohan Dass
