My Client M/s Supertech Limited has booked a consignment on 17.12.2010 (consignement No W15539407) to my office address. The consignment was delivered to me on 4th day i.e on 20.12.2010 at 17:30 Hrs by M/s DIXIT ENTERPRISES.
On wed tracking it was found that the consignment was reached in kolkata on 17.12.2010 itself.
I have send an email to firstflight authority 21.12.2010 at 14:41 hrs for the justification of delay delivery but till writting of this complaints i have not received any email regarding the justification in this matter.
Can the authority look into this matter and help me to get suitable comensation.
