Complaint against service center

I have my fly mobile model E300.There is some problem arise in my phone ie. it cant power on so i given my cell to your ghatkoper service center namely Franslin Tech Care & main thing is that celll is in warranty period. i had given them last 21st september. but till date their staff not giving me sufficient answer. so whats roll off service center please explain. And why you oppen those center.
