Delay & harrasment in delivery of Consignment

Consignment Bo:39748646. Booked on 12th June '09 received by the Mumbai office of Flyking in the morning. When contacted for delivery no calls were attended by the operations. I must given multiple numbers & finally I spoke with Mr. Dube in operations. I was told the delivery will take place on Monday 15th June'09 as there is no body to take the consignment to chembur -Mumbai. On 15th June when I contact Mr. Dube, I was asked by him as to why i didnt callup in the morning for follow up. since I didnt call up the delivery boy has left with out the consignment. therefore I have to call up the next. On tuesday morning when I called up at 10.30am i spoke to Mr. Arun from operations. I was told that they dont have delivery boys for delivery. When I tried contacting Mr. Sanjay Maheswari I was told by the operatorhe is not available. I have left multiple messages on the same. So far I have not received my consignment.

The point to be noted is that the company has charged me the air fare for delivery.

This is cheating & fraud by the company by taking money from their customer & not making delivery on time. Strict action should be taking against such comapany.
