Issuing of Ration Card

I reached Vyalikaval to apply for Ration card which i have surrendered in Gouribidnur and got a letter, but for my astonish the staff told they have stopped issuing of ration card or Adding - Removing names that is all work regarding Ration card from FIVE MONTHS.

Staff say there are no computers to work and issue cards. Nor only i all the people came vent back listening that and their answer is one to all TAKE PHONE NUMBER CALL AND CHECK WHEN CARD IS ISSUED LATER COME TO OFFICE WITH FEW DOCUMENTS WHICH THEY SAY.

If Food & Civil Supplies Department is not issuing the Ration Card then how can we get Gas connection in the new place.

Please check in to this matter many people are suffering due to this problem.
