Sir,
1. I Mehar Chand Yadav has applied for 48 shares in Future Capital Holdings Ltd, IPO vide application no. 35682159 dated 15 Jan 08 and had deposited a sum of Rs.36720.00 vide State Bank Of India cheque no. 457791 dated 15 Jan 08 for the same.
2. In the 661897/222502870037145/ECS intimation dated 30 Jan 08 received from Future Capital Holdings Ltd indicated that my ALLOTMENT ADVICE/ECS INTIMATION No. is 5066233 and expected date of my refund will be 06 Feb 08 which has already past.
3. I also want to state that my name was misspelt in the intimation slip received from your end as Mehar Chand Jain and my old account no. 01190046277 of SBI was mentioned in it, which I never mentioned in the application form. I had mentioned only my new State Bank Of India account no. 10572689855.
4. In view of the above, it is requested that necessary action be initiated and the Future Capital Holdings Ltd be directed to take the corrective action at their end and refund my amount of Rs.36720.00 at the earliest.
