Motor Car Value reduced in the policy

Respected Sir,

First of All I received a letter from Future Generallie Insurance for the policy being cancelled for cheque being dishonoured which i had never issued along with a demand of some amount for cheque return charges-- This may be the work of the Insurance agency i am linked with.

Then finally my Motor Car Insurance expired due to neglegance of the Insurance agent as they misplaced the cheque and the Insurance got expired. The they requrested me to take a fresh Insurance, Survey of the Motor Car was carried out, even after that the Survey report was misplaced and there was a re-survey which was carried out. After many many calls to the Agency we received the Policy and got the shock as the Motor Car Value was reduced y almost 50000 Rs. After speaking to the concered agent we got the information that the value is the same and is correct as per the Insurance Company, and we were fooled in our last Insurance by the previous agent by just printing a high value of the Motor Car. We checked in our records and informed the agent that the said words by him were false, and since then he is not picking up the call.
