On Nov 18 I made an online purchase thru www.gadgetguru.in and received the following invoice:

Since then I've been trying to track down my order without much luck. No one picks up the phone at 02225272717 (the number on their website). I've submitted a couple of requests at http://www.gadgetsguru.in/contact.aspx and got no reply. Today, Nov 21, I got an email from them with the following:

2. Cheque: Write a cheque in the name of “OTS e-Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” and drop the cheque in any ICICI Bank or its ATM centre. Please mention our A/c No. 623905027978 behind the cheque.
