Way Bill No.296824975 which the pickup date is 03.10.2008.
The above noted documents are not delivered in my address,
after enquiring so many times clear picture of the documents is not telling your chennai office. on 15.10.2008 again i enquired yr office, in that time they are telling the document is returned back, as consignee is not available. But i regret to inform that one of our representative is available in the same address and nobody is came to the address for delivering the same. without delivering/enquiring the addressee simply returning back the documents.
Thereafter i called back the said documents. vide document no.296865413 (pick up date is 17.10.2008) and said document reached yr chennai office on 18.10.2008. But today (20.10.2008) by 2.00 pm it is not delivered yet. Your office telling that on 18.10.2008 is you will get the document today (18.10.2008).
today i.e.20.10.2008 i enquired, today also they are telling that you will get today or tomorrow.
Simply bluffing me by giving false information. Today i taken leave and waiting for the same.
This type of mis handling how we will assure, we will get the documents (which is most importment). in time and safe.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
