I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 29555 in the name of B. Dinakara Adiga on dt. 05/07 but till today on 27.07.2010 we have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Garagatte Gas Agency, Deshpande Nagar, Hubli, Karnataka. When I asked in the mean time, they are in a careless attitude. They say that they don't have the cylinder stock. When i asked them that when could I have the cylinder, they say still they can't give the time of dispatch. Till date there is no sign of the cylinder. Please advice whats the next step and what are the rules that they should follow? OR Please take appropriate action against the Gas Agency.
