Garuda Mall is changing for car parking even when there is no parking available

We recently went to Garuda mall and were issued a Car parking ticket by Garuda mall people. We search upto last floor for Car parking but there was no space avialble.these people are not informing while entering in premises that there is no parking avilable and still charging money.they shud inform people that there is no parking available so that we shud not waste our time .also they shud not charge money when there is no parking avilable just for searching for pakrkiing upto last floor
