Recently, it has been come to my knowledge that it is compulsory to apply in Madhuban Scheme 781, for those who had applied for Indirapuram 738, otherwise their application will be cancelled. It means that GDA is making fool the applicants and want to collect money again by solding the broucher @ Rs 1000/- again.
Instead of it, if GDA want to withdraw its Indirapuram Scheme-738, it should consider the applicants of that scheme for draw of 781 Scheme otherwise it should also return the Broucher amount of Rs 500/- with interest @ 12% which it charges from its allottee.
