I had ordered 4 Giordano Watch and it was through the offer from sbi card (www.sbicardoffer.com). My order no. is 130026110&130026041. The order was placed on 20 Nov07 to the online shopping company. Deals4all.net. As per terms n conditions, order would reach destination in a max period of 20days. But its being more than 2 months. When the order was confirmed, they have given their email id to track the status of the order, but till date I am continuously mailing them but there's no revert from there end. Neither the order status, nor any details. Whereas the it was through cr card payment, so payment has already been debited from my account. Its now been told that since the goods were stuck in sales tax office because way bill was not provided by deals4all.net i nedd to dish out 800 more as octri charges. Regular complaints to SBI has fallen to deaf ears. This is really harassing and its an absolute case of chaeting
