We have recently noticed a serious defamation and character assassination against our company Global Absolute and its promoter Mr. Rajinder Singh in your website http://inconsumercomplaints.com/complaints/global-absolute-c500587.html. The entire allegation against the company and its promoter Mr. Rajinder Singh is not true and baseless on the basis of
1. Global Absolute Research has always paid salaries to its employees.
2. Mr. Rajinder Singh has not defaulted any single bank loan.
3. Mr. Rajinder Singh has not become bankrupt and filed any bankruptcy protection from the government.
4. Global Absolute has never been barred by SEBI.
5. Global Absolute Research is owned 100% by Mr. Rajinder Singh. Thus, no partner of Global Absolute Research has filed court case against him with UK Govt and Singapore Govt.
6. Mr. Rajinder Singh has not defaulted any single loan and payment salaries in his earlier company Solitar System.
Thus, we request http://inconsumercomplaints.com. to remove this article and reveal the identity of the blogger/uploader. Global Absolute will take very strong legal action against the blogger/up loader if this article is not out in the immediate future. This would lead to a serious legal jeopardy for the blogger/up loader as well for http://inconsumercomplaints.com.
