Dear Sir,
This is regarding my Tata mobile connection-9212428339, im Manoj Bhardwaj using the connection from last 2 years and making the payment on time. Tata used to send me the sms for due amount every month and on behalf of that message i used to make payment every month.
It was very surprising for me that Tata a big company have done fraud with me. Tata was activated 2 more connection on my number without my knowledge for which i never requested for.
I dont know whether that numbers is lying with any terrorist or with Tata employee for their personal use. It is shameful thing for TATA that they are activating the numbers without customer knowledge and cheating him. Im in a great mental trauma since two months when i come to know about all this.
I have raised my voice to TATA customer care but everything has been gone to hell and nobody have sorted out the problem. My outgoing has been barred and im receiving collection calls for the outstanding which i dont have to pay.
Infact i want to Highlight that 2 fake numbers has been activated on my account since May and TATA was taking Rs.800/- every month for the same. Which comes to approx 8000/- till date. TATA has to give reversal for the same and also compensation of 1 Lakh for the mental harrasment.
I am a businessman and i dont have much time to visit their offices on daily basis. Iam writing this mail to TRAI and copy mark to consumer forum and to TATA customer Care.
On daily basis iam losing 25000/- INR because my outgoing has been barred and im not able to handle my business. Everywhere i have given this number and this is very precious to me that i can make calls to my client but im not able to.
TATA has to see where they are lying with such bad services.
I want TRAI to intiate the process and seek early resolution for the same.
