Defect in microwave oven

I have purchased your product (microwave oven) from DADARIYA SALES AND SERVICES, SHAHDOL (M.P.) whose cash memo no. is 2, date 12/10/09. Since the date of purchase microwave version of tour product is not working. I informed the seller about it. He told me to complain in godrej complaint centre. I contected your call centre at Delhi but he told me that your area falls under complain centre, Mumbai. I have tried to contact at Mumbai, but your telephone no. is always out of order. Please arrange to attend the defect of microwave oven, at the earliest.
