I bought a Godrej Pentacool refrigerator (Model No GDPV2195 from HOME CENTRE, KOTTAKKAL KERALA on 12.04.2008. Now it is not working. I informed the Service Centre at Kottakkal whose address is given below.

The technician attended the complaint and told me that one part should be replaced. he attended the complaint on 19.09.2008.

I am sorry to say that no action was performed till this date even I called the centre so many times. As a costomer it is very frustrating. I am not expecting such a severe irresponsibility from a company which declare themselves that they are the best.

I can not understand how can a company flourish without satisfying the customer. I request the company to take necessary action to make the service centres more responsible.
