My sister has invested Rs.2, 500/- in the year 1996 in the Golden Forest India Limited, Chandigarh. My sister married and went abroad and recently find the documents of golden Forest and recall the investment made. The company is liquidated and the high court ordered to recover the money from proceeds of sale of assets of the company. We are worried that whether we will get our money back or not?
