Not receving gas cylinder since 25 days

Hi,

I am deepak jadhav from Worli. I have bharat Gas connection of 1 Cylinder and i had booked cylinder 25 days ago with Shree datta Gas agency, Prabhadevi but they have not provided me a cylinder. I came to know that delivery boys sell the cylinders in black, to promt the consumer to purchase it in black the don`t provide it in regular course.

Pls do the needful to pass this message to head of bharat gas.
