I have taken internet connection of GTPL by paying Rs. 1675/- for three months unlimited plan. Since the day I started, the internet connection was not working perfectly and internet stopped anytime. Everytime I had to talk to their customer care office where people do not reply promptly and takes too much time to respond where I have to follow the redirection instruction. As I am working online and it was very important for me to be online. But as and when the internet got disconnected, it would not start upto 4-6 hours. I have lost my money and time after taking the internet connection. They have also fixed a setup box at my home and promised to pay me 100/- rs per month. I got only two months payment after so much followup..I have wasted much more money after calling them... Still I am waiting for the last e-bill charges..During this three months almost 14-15 days the internet was not working totally and they are not even refunding the amount and not expanding the days...

Let me know what shall i do for it.
