Lost the speed post delivery of passport

I had done a speed post of passport from Guntur to Bangalore on 5th of august till now it is not delivered and they took the complaint and given the complaint number that's all, my speed post track number is EN629474349IN and complain number is 9. Very bad about this is no one is feeling responsible for that.
