I have renewed my Hathway internet account on 29 June. This time i have opted for the better plan than my previous one. But hathway has continued the old plan only. I have complaint about it in their call centers, their helpdesk email address and the top of it i have been to Hathway branch of kandivali (east), Mumbai for 2 times personally. Every time i am assured that this will be done in half n hr but it has not. It is now more than 20 days since i have complaint. Hathway, here has provided a perfect example of ridiculous service.
