Dear Sir/ Madam,
Myself Kunal Vishwakarma, My Brohter has purchased the HCL Laptop, its under extended warrany till May 2009.
I am facing problem with Battery, I have been to HECL Info-System LTD. Andher office Mumbai.
I would like to draw your attention that Mr. Damodar from Services Department has told me that I have to pay - 5770 for replacment of Battery, But when I asked him about Warranty he said he can't give any warranty for it.
When I requested Mr. Damodar to give me in writing that Battery warranty can not be given, He simply deny that he can't give anything in writing nor he will provide Battery to me. He was so much erogant and he was talking in very insultive tone.
I also shared with him that HCL Local vendore in Mumbai is providing the same battery at the rate of Rs. 3800 along with 6 month warranty.But at the matter of trust and quality I was keen interested to purchase the same with HECL.
Further more Mr. Damodar also threaten that if I communicate any further I may face service problem to my Laptop which is still under warranty.
Its really painfull & hurting that being HCL premium customer We are getting such services from your Helpdesk team.
I hope and request intervine in this matter.
