I ahve worked in HCL infosystems LTD for 2 years from May April they were deucting PF from my salary at and average of Rs.1000/- per month. Now I have left the job and applied for the PF and when they send across the cheque to me it was amount to Rs18000/- and when i enquire them they said they dont submit the amount in the PF office but they mantain the amount with them. So what is the procedure as their is any possibilty that company can maintain their own PF account.
