Purity came significant down in melting

Due to need of money I gone to zaveri bazar to sold my old ornaments (Invoice doesnot exist) as its very old around 8 years

three shop owners tested in the kasoti stone and estimated few of ornaments as 78% pure and few as 87 % pure around rs 100000 worth was of 87% and 74000 worth was 78% pure shop owner suggested that if you melt this he can give exact price.

so i visited another artisan (jewellery maker & melter) with one of my reference person who knows artisan very well.

now after melting instead of 84% purity came to 70% which is not at all possible

due to this i lost around 30000 after that i begged to him and got 5000 back but still struggling to get another 25000

is there any hope or way you can help me.? or give me the right guidence
