Dear Sir,
The above loan was issued in the name of Amrik Singh for purchase of TVS motor Cycle by HDFC Bank. As passed on by him all the instalments were cleared by the undersigned & vehicle was under my possession.
Vide the above loan scheme a vehicle loan was availed from HDFC Bank for purchase of TVS Star Motor Cycle registration no. OR23 7745.The monthly instalment for the same was Rs 869/-per month. Whereas all the monthly installments were paid up to the bank, the bank hasnot issued the NOC Certificate. When enquired about the same at Jharsuguda Branch, Orissa I was informed that I have to further pay a penalty of Rs 160000/-as I have paid the installments in cash instead of payment through cheque.
I was never informed by HDFC Bank to pay through cheque instead of payment by cash. I have regularly paid the installments & I am not ready to pay a further penalty of Rs 16000/-.Now the vehicle is also not worth Rs 16000/-if it is sold in the market.
I request the Bank to please issue no objection Certificate without any further delay to the undersigned as all the dues were cleared by me.
