Non Receipt of Fixed Deposit Receipt

1. I hold SB A/C No. 12231600004643 with Sec 19, Noida branch of your bank

under customer ID no. 31872967.

2. On 6th March 09 I issued a cheque of Rs one lakh for fixed deposit & gave the same to sector – 26, Noida branch executive along with the following documents :-

(a) HDFC cheque for Rs one Lakh

(b) The application form – duly filled with all details & photos.

(c) Copies of PAN Card, residence proof, ID proof & address proof etc.

3. Despite completion of all formalities I am yet to receive the physical FD receipt.

I may kindly be informed about the reasons of delay in writing.
