I am working in India. My friend had transfered some amount from Australia but each time we get a reply stating that My bank had rejected the transaction due to mismatch in my anking details. I am holding an account in HDFC Bank. Second time we have given clear details which ever the bank is having but still we are getting the same result. whenever I make a call to HDFC customer care they simply reply me stating that I have to visit to my bank personally and get the details checked from there. If HDFC bank officials find any mismatch in details then they should at least call to its customer for proper verification and then they should take decision, but to my surprise they not bothered about the customers, they are simply rejecting the transfer.
