Not able to recieve the PIN mailer

Hi,

I'm keep on resetting the password and HDFC Sec sending it through Expressit. But i never recieved it. it is reverting back to HDFC Bank. This is happening in visakhapatnam area. I really why is this happening like. Trying for third time and if it is the same again. I am not left any option than proceeding further to legal action
