Non reciept of Provident Fund

Respected Sir,

I am an ex-employee of H.D.P.I (HSBC Electronics Data Processing India Pvt. Ltd.) Kolkata, and had resigned in the month of August and had also completed all the formalities in regards to the withdrawl of the provident fund. But till now i have not recieved any intimation from HSBC or PF.India.

The person at the hr, who took the documents (the Pf forms) did not even give me

a recieved copy for my referral.

I would be highly obliged to you if you could kindly look into the matter.

My Pf number is (AP/HYD/37897/28410).
