Hello, This is Kiranami, My joining date with HDPI at Vizag Office is June 20. I used to work for the process RS Commercial Collections. I applied and got a transfer to Hyderabad. I reported to Hyderabad Banjara Hills HDPI on the 16th of August. And unexpectedly my marriage was immediately fixed on the 18th of August so I had to take an immediate leave for 2days. Then later due to viral fever I had to take leave again for a few days. And from the mid of September due to pregnancy I used to fall sick regularly and the doctor recommended for bed rest for 2 months and when I showed the same at office they said it would be difficult to sanction a leave as I was taking leaves regularly when I was not supposed to take a single leave in the first 6months. So I had no other go and after a long discussion with the Vizag Office I decided to apply for resignation on the basis of returner’s scheme (the employee is given securiy that she can join the company back on the basis of avalibility but with the same salary which was being given at the time of leaving). However I could not give in person, so I sent resignation letter through courier addressing to my manager-operations on the 29th of November however I didn’t receive any acknowledgement for it. And even I couldn’t follow it up due to my health condition. To my dimail when I contacted the Hyderabad HR they informed that it was noted in my file as terminated since July. On giving them the complete details of when i joined and when i left they agreed and said that the termination was from november. So can you kindly advise me as to how I need to proceed in this regard to get a clean chit for my personal file - - i.e a relieving letter when i have given them a resignation letter on the basis of medical reasons, i have attached the required medical documents. And for your information i have a proof that my resignation was recieved at Hyderabad office). I have contacted the Hyderabad offce they ask me to approach Vizag office. On contacting them they ask me to get in touch with Hyderabad as i was working there whe I left. None are giving me a clear status and if possible how I can re enter the organization. If nothing can be done can I at least claim for my final settlements and a relieving letter so as to I can re apply for a job else where. However, I am very eager to get back to HSBC.
