Dear Sir/Madam,

Jay Kay is the BUsiness paertner for Hero Honda Service station at Rajkot.

I gave my bike for service on 02.06.09 (Tuesday), General serice was the priority along with replacement of some faulty parts (head lamp, Oil seal for jumper, & oil seal for engine cover)

When i was return to take my serviced bike at mention time in Job card, They simply deny and said you will get tomorrow, I asked why? He said as we are not having oil seal for jumper.

So i said its ok, I will repair it in next service, Kindly handover my serviced bike (except that part replacement).

I was amaze!!! they simply said, we havent started your bike servicing as due to lack of that componet.

I not getting why they peaople are not bother about customers time, They havent take care to atleast call me and ask wether to contineu servicing except that part replacement. They simply hvnt done anything..So i have to took my bike unservices.

So again i gave on 16.06.08 (Tuesday),

There was a papar ad from Hero Honda mentioning Pre Monsoon Check up Camp (Some Discount on spare parts, Labour charges etc.) also Big Flex board was deployed on the front main gate of Jay kay service station.

When i back to took my bike ion mention time at 12 o'clock.

they are preparing bill, So I asked have you calculted the scheme discount?

Answwer was fantstic!!! Do u want Discount??? If u want discount then you have to told in morning that I require this discount. Then only we will give that scheme discount.

So discount is not for all customer its only for that customer who will ask!!!

They said ok no problem i will give the discount now, They are making my great favour...

After taht when i go to took my bike, it was not ready, so they told me to wait and seat (it took approx 1 hour), Why they are not mentioning proper time of delivery.

finally when bike was handed over to me, They havent gave me the BILL (I have observed durining wait, They are not giving bill to any customer), So i asked for Bill, Again Fantastic Answer!!! Do u really require bill???

I visited this service station 4 times (During first time, to gave and took bike, and this time gave and took)

Every time i saw some of the customer are always messing with the staff for not proper service.

During this time one of customer facing big trouble for this sevice station and told me that, I want to make compliant but not any authorised person, Not having compliant Box/Book.
