I have puchased hero honda pleasure from Hero Honda Authorise Dealer ie Mangalam Motors, Beawar Distt Ajmer Rajasthan
After a year of purchase I faced a lot of Problems regarding starting and Missing while driving on road. Everytime when i give it to Service Center the Mechanic out there convince me that they will surely repair the problem even the dealer also assure me that they will mend it . when i take it after repairing it runs ok for 15-25 days than again the problem is there. Till Today from the Purchase date i gave it for 15-20 times for repairing but still i m facing the problem. Dealer charged me repairing charges by ways of replacing the faulty parts with the new ones and every time i pay them. when i ask him to replace it he told me to go to the company and now he is not responsing well
now i think i m cheated by the hero honda dealer so please help me in this situation. What Shud i do and also suggest me how can i take action against the Dealer and the company for Replacement
