I N S Sudhakar, Mobile No.9703219089 purchased Hindustan Uniliver Limited Pureit Water Filter 2 years Back. On 22/01 I have made a request by dialing 9246 100 100 for Battery Change. The Customer Care executive told me that the battery will be replaced within 2 working days. After that it has become the regular duty to telephone to HUL Customer Care Centre for Battery everyday for 2 times. 8 days are already passed. But there is no response from the Company. There is no proper service team for HUL Company. Then Why the Company is manufacturing the Filters and selling to the People without providing Service. Finally I Came to a conclusion that to file a petition against HUL in Consumer Forum
