Acknowledgement not given for original property papers with LIC

Dear Sir,

I took the Loan from LIC Housing Finance for 16 Lacs for purchase of new house. After the registry of House, the original property papers are in custody of LIC Housing Finance. (Loan account No. is 11016344).

Till date even after 4 months, LIC has not given the written acknowledgement that original property papers are with them.

Request you to please do the needful for early resolution. (Mobile No.9971392912)
