Componey not returning money

I purchased a camcoder from Homeshop18 o 05/march.

Company promise to costomer that if you are not satisfied with the product componey will return money within 15 days. But when i call company regarding to return money then company ignore me.

company is not ready to tell me exact time when he will return money.

please take quick action against him because i have suffered from more then 1 month.
