One of our customers Mr. Namboodri has raised a concern regarding delivery of his order of Matrix 78 Pc Dinner & Dessert Set on his blog posted on 4thJuly.
He had ordered for a dinner set on 31st May with a commitment of delivery in 10 working days. However, he had to follow up with HomeShop18 and First Flight for two days for delivery of the order and the same got delivered on 10th June. The matter is taken up with the courier partner and instructed them to deliver to the customer as promised. Further, he has confirmed satisfaction with the product received.
Such feedbacks provide us an opportunity to improve our services and make a delightful and memorable shopping experience at all times.
