One of our customers Mr. Choudhry has raised a concern regarding cancellation of his orders for Inalsa Cooker Hood Prima BK – Black and Inalsa Cook Top Harmony CB (3 Burner) on his blog posted on 7th July.
Our business partner M/s Inalsa had exhausted the stocks for these product due to overwhelming response received for them. Hence, we were unable to service his orders. However, we have spoken to him and supplying him with alternate models of both the products. These shall soon be delivered to him.
This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
