I have ordered (701648563) a Kenstar Juicer Mixer Grinder from Homeshop18 but haven't received the product even after 15 days. I have called so many times to the helpline number but no luck. Everytime i call they say "you'll receive the order in 2 days" but haven't received the order till date. tired of calling and chasing up with these peple.
This is the 2nd time i am ordering somthing from them, my first time experience was really nice. I received the order on 5th day itself and thought Homeshop18 is a really good company but now they are forcing me to launch these type of complaint against them. Why are these ppl spoiling their IMAGE?
