One of our customer Mr Inderjit Kumar has raised a concern regarding defect in Wespro Dual Sim - Touch Screen Mobile Phone Model No: WM3708i purchased from HomeShop18 and his blog posted on 1st January.
He has bought this product on 2nd July and registered a complaint that he is facing problem in charging the mobile.
Our vendor M/s Wespro Corporation spoke to him and suggested to send the product back to their Mumbai Office on 14th August.
Further he continued using the the mobile and again contacted our Contact Centre after 2 months on 10th October and again our Contact Centre Officer suggested him to send the product back to our vendor.
On receipt of product our vendor has send the new product on 21st November.
On 24 th November9 he again complained that he is not satisfied with the product and sent back the product on 1 st December through his own courier.
The product was received by the M/s Wespro Corporation but it was in a damaged condition, it’s USB Port was found broken.
As per policy we have informed him that we donot provide replacement or refund of the order value incase the product is received in broken condition or after 15 days Money Back Gurantee respectively.
We have agreed to repair the handset on chargeable basis and we are waiting for his confirmation.
In absence of his revert we have returned his product through First Flight courier via airway bill number B11901513 on 22 nd January.
