One of our customers Aditi Mittal has raised a concern regarding delivery of her order of Tea Coffee Sugar - Steel Canister Set on her blog posted on 30 th June.
She had ordered for a Tea Coffee Sugar - Steel Canister Set on 15 th June with a commitment of delivery in 10 working days. However, she had to follow up with HomeShop18 for delivery of the order and the same got delivered on 30 th June.
The matter is taken up with First Flight Courier partner and instructed them to deliver to the customer as promised.
Further she has confirmed satisfaction with the product received.
