One of our customers Mr. Dilip has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of Airfone Combo: Dual SIM with QWERTY Keypad Phone AQ9 and Dual SIM Phone AF18 on his blog posted on 23 th June.
The matter is taken up with the our business partner M/s Airfone India.
Further we have spoken to customer and advised him to send the product through our courier partner back to our vendor.
On receipt of product back we shall arrange to ship replacement of the product to customer.
